Updated all admin console commands to check if client is privileged (so group authentication works), instead of using RegAdminCmd. Minior fixes.

Changed admin teleport command to log target names.
Cached result of privilege check instead of calling function twice (zadmin menu).
Disabled old debug commands. Do not remove, we need them for testing later.

Updated ZMarket to distribute grenades correctly. Still need to update the loadout to support multiple nades, to support multiple flashbangs and Grenade Pack fully. As of now the market allows you to buy 3 grenades but they don't show in the loadout as 3.

Worked more on the voice API, need to figure out why they are reversed. The cvar to disable it now should work, because it doesn't quite work right.

Separated weapon entity and weapon name. Broke config compatibility in weapons.txt. Either update yours by hand, or overwrite with this file.

Made support for my Grenade Pack plugin, just install the plugin and ZMarket will follow gp_limit. The only problem right now is flash/smoke are treated like grenades, this will be fixed soon.

Fixed numerous potential bugs by moving RoundEndOnClientDeath down to the end of player_death. Checking before caused problems because that function leads to the "humanizing" of all zombies if the last zombie was killed. Stuff like kill_bonus wasn't working right because of this.

Added all collision group defines, in case we need them for some reason.
Separated get and set funtions for collision groups.
Added check for COLLISION_GROUP_PUSHAWAY in AntiStickStartTouch. If this collision group isn't added, the solidify timer won't be created. Bug 134 is confirmed fixed after testing.
Lined up zr_antistick_list_models.
Added zr_antistick_dump_group debug command. Lists collision groups on one or more players.

Fixed stupid compiler error in cookies (oops) and recoded serial module to use steamids (serial's weren't workin' out) + the API was very confined, added ability to create SteamID cache's instead of one global cache. ZSpawn uses this new cache system.

* Fixed a serious bug that could delay the game, the round end checker took dead clients in the count, so 1 dead ct and 9 zombies didn't end the game.

Known issue: Models isn't always restored on zr_human. If "default" is used, there's practically no model change. Possible solution: Store path in a buffer when the player join a team and select a model. Then read from that buffer when "default" is used.

Improved ZRIsClientAdmin to support admin flags (optional).
Changed permission flag on admin commands to match action type. Like only admins with config access should be able to do ZR configuration.
Changed log formatting to match style in SourceMod. Removed "-" and ":". The result will be "... [plugin.smx] [mod] [event] message".
